Our Readership

From time to time I like to take a moment to thank the many faithful readers of Viewpoint who visit us from all over the world. Most of our readers are North American, of course, but we have dozens of regular readers in most European countries as well as in countries in South America, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and Africa.

To give an idea of what VP's readership looks like Blogger provides data on visits to the blogs it hosts and has these stats for just the past week on Viewpoint:
  • United States - 459
  • France - 27
  • United Kingdom - 21
  • China - 19
  • Spain - 15
  • Germany - 8
  • Russia - 8
  • Burkina Faso - 5
  • Portugal - 5
  • Canada - 3
To see the readership data depicted visually scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the arrow. The red dots on the globe represent recent hits.

With my brother Bill's help we started this blog in 2004 with the intention of reaching just friends and family, but it has obviously grown beyond that, a growth for which I'm deeply grateful. I appreciate every single one of you and am both flattered and honored that so many of you have written to tell me you read VP regularly. Thanks.
